Jesus' discipleship model was direct, personal, intentional, intimate, practical, challenging and empowering. He was God and He knows how to do things best - especially this! Accordingly, we aim to do the same,using the same tools and strategies.

Paul's teaching on the function and form of a church elder(ship) are a central and core part of church life. The need for the establishment of a biblical eldership in every church community cannot be over-estimated. We undertake to do this with all knowledge and fear of God!

The basis for any meaningful relationship is friendship, and the basis for any meaningful friendship, is trust. Any church fellowship must be held and facilitated in a manner and a spirit that promotes and builds trust. We open our hearts to God's people as each one is added.
