The prayer and intercessory ministry focuses on partnering with the Spirit of God to accomplish the will of God for the glory of God. There are many scriptures in the Bible urging us to pray, one such scripture is 1 Timothy 2:1-2 - First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way.

Intercession is sacrificial prayer. It focuses less on you and more on others. It asks for God’s power to be unleashed in the world. Intercessory prayer involves spiritual warfare. Our battle is not against flesh and blood and it is not fought with carnal weapons. We win these battles on our knees!
Through intercessory prayer and agreement, you can subdue the forces of hell and render Satan powerless, because “the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.” Through intercession, you can change the course of history. Through intercession, you can touch your community and impact your world. God has placed all that He is and has at your disposal in prayer. No principality or power can stand against the person who knows how to pray. By our intercession, or lack of it, we hold the power of life and death over the souls of men.

Every Sunday Morning from 08:30am – 9:00am in the children’s ministry room.
Every First Friday of the month from 18:00 - 21:00.
We also have an intercessory group where urgent prayer points are posted.
